 CIERA CHANG is based in Los Angeles and Orange County. At eighteen, she is currently attending college in Costa Mesa and works part time as a dresser backstage at fashion shows.


She has always had a passionate interest in fashion, and dreams of someday traveling to Australia to work as a fashion stylist, event planner, and cupcakery owner.
